Refund Policy

We offer a 30-day return and exchange window from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return, items must be in their original condition with tags attached and unworn.

To initiate a return, please contact us at contact@hermova.com with your order number and reason for return. Once your return is approved, we will provide instructions for sending the item back.

Refunds are processed within 2 business days of receiving the returned item and will be issued to your original payment method. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item is defective or an error was made on our part.

If you received a defective or incorrect item, we will cover return shipping costs and offer a full replacement or refund.
